The First Post

Although the cold weather hasn't encouraged me to get out on my bike as much as I would have liked, with the encouragement of Chris, Lisa and the rest of the staff at PF2 Gym in Malvern, I am somewhere near fit enough for departure.

I'm looking forward to the ride a good deal more now that the cold easterly wind has at last swung, and weather is a bit warmer.

    So pleased and relieved that the weather has warmed up a degree or two for your imminent departure tomorrow. Sun has been seen today, shining over the Malvern Hills.
    The panniers are packed and ready in Peter's hallway and, I am pleased to report, a new helmet has been purchased from Lidl, complete with rear light and visor.
    Have a safe trip, take care and don't forget to wear the helmet, even though I know you are not too keen on them!!xxxx

    Good luck Pete. I wish I was cycling with you. Linda just wishes she was meeting up in Lesbos. Have a great time and keep us posted on what is going on. Love Tony and Linda.
